How to use?

Place 1-2 pouches under your upper or lower lip. The active ingredients begin to release as soon as you feel a mild tingling sensation, which is completely normal.

Keep the pouch in place for 30-60 minutes. Do not chew or swallow the pouch - once finished, dispose of it in the can's compartment.

Mild tingling on first use is normal and will gradually subside. To protect your gums, we recommend alternating the side of insertion with each use.

Is there really no nicotine in it?

No. WAVE contains no nicotine and no caffeine. It isn't a hidden nicotine product.

Can I swallow saliva while using a pouch?

Yes, you can swallow saliva. Some of the active ingredients are absorbed through the oral mucosa, the rest you take in when you swallow. Just don't chew or swallow the pouch itself.

How many pouches can I take per day?

We recommend 4 to 6 pouches per day, spread evenly. Do not exceed 6 pouches per 24 hours.
